Credit Line: $10,000.00 to $1,000,000.00
Rate: Wall Street Journal Prime Rate + .50% for lines between $10,000.00 and $99,999.99.  Wall Street Journal Prime Rate for lines $100,000.00 and over. Prime is determined by the rate published daily in the Wall Street Journal.
Rate Cap: 18.00% APR
Payments: Interest only during the draw period.    0.004166 of your outstanding balance plus all accrued finance charges during the repayment period.
Term: Draw period of ten years with a repayment period of twenty years.
Closing Costs: Will be waived up to $2,500 if the account remains open for three years from the date of settlement. Closing costs range from $712.00 – $2,895.00 for lines between $10,000.00 and $99,999.99 and $1,650.00 and $12,755.00 for lines of $100,000 or more depending on the line amount and location of property. If the account is closed during the first three years, the waiver will be rescinded and the closing costs will be added to the balance of the account and will be due and payable immediately, without notice or demand, to Hamilton Bank.
LTV: Maximum Loan to Value may not exceed 80%
